LEFT IN NEGLECT: Lake Kelapa Dua which has the potentials to be developed into a water recreation site in Kelapa Dua disrtict, Tangerag regency is just left in a neglect by the Banten provincial administration. Water plants begin to cover several parts on the surface and the water turns muddy as the results of housing development around the area. Local residents enjoy fishing at several corners of the 37.5 hectares lake. The pictures were taken Thursday. Multa Fidrus
